![]() Hello,I am looking for recommendations on how to secure RDP for access to Windows Servers. Please let me know if I'm not being clear, I have a terrible habit of being scatter-brained when explaining things. I know NT 4.'s HCL are very similar (I think, didn't cross-check everything) Does anyone have any additional angles I could check? Or happen to know what monochrome workgroup printers work flawlessly on Windows NT? It's just kind of hard to do research to find what devices can work on a 15 year old operating system. I am pretty much trying to find some comfort before ordering the printer even though I don't think I will have any until it's on the network and functioning. She also said that it has been reported to have the OkiData work fine with the "HP LaserJet" drivers. I also spoke with a rep from OkiData and she said that it is only supported from Windows 2000 to Windows 7. ![]() I downloaded the driver for it and installed it on my computer and was able to print to a printer that was using the "HP LJ 5N" driver. ![]() I have been looking at the OkiData B431DN as the printer to do the replacing. They tried some of the dell drivers for the Dell Laser 1720dn on the server which caused it to crash. They have been using the "HP LaserJet 5N" driver for almost every printer on the server. They run a Citrix Metaframe presentation environment on Windows NT 4.0, which is mandatory that everyone is able to print from. I am rounding my second month at a new company I am working for and they are putting me in charge of setting the "printer standard" for the network.
